    For sale are new 1/4” (.250”) four-flute, solid carbide endmills. These endmills called the Z-CARB-AP are made by Kyocera SGS.
    They have a stub .500" flute length, and a .020" end radius for high speed milling.
    These tools have a variable rake geometry which alters and controls chatter suppression.  Unequal helix design aids in damping harmonics.  Ti-NAMITE-X is a proprietary nano-composite coating that can be used to cut a wide variety of materials from low alloy steels to hardened materials (up to 65 HRC).
    The SGS Z-Carb is widely know as the leader in metal milling.
