    For sale are new 1/8” (.1250”) four-flute, solid carbide endmills. These endmills called the Z-CARB are made by Kyocera SGS.
    They have a .375" flute length, and a sharp corner - no radius.
    These tools have an unequal helix design which aids in damaging harmonics by changing the angle at which each cutting edge enters and exits the material.   Ti-NAMITE-A has excellent thermal and chemical resistance which  allows for dry cutting.  The coating has a high hardness giving great protection against abrasive wear and erosion.
    The SGS Z-Carb is widely know as the leader in metal milling.
