antique sewing machine foot treadle W & W

Description

Up for auction is this antique  cast iron foot treadle.  Used on sewing machines to power  the machine.   This one is from  the Wilcox & Wheeler Sewing Machine Co,  in England, and has their initials in the center.   The treadle was cleaned and re-painted.   What a wonderful cast iron treadle to decorate your sewing area, home,  or mount using  a half-round clip  on each end for use as a  doorknocker.   It measures  17" long overall , with the treadle portion measuring 10"  x 9".=======See All Pictures, Email Questions
