Antique Singer Sewing Machine Part: 125395 Bottom FR Thread Guide, 201 201K
Includes the screw.
This item was removed from machine S/N C3496923, which was made pre-WWII and after 1908 in
Wittenberg,
Germany.  Singer records were lost when the Russian army invaded Germany in 1945 and they stripped all the machinery from the Singer Company factory.  I did enough research to determine that this was a model 201 or 201K.
This item may fit other machines, which you can determine for yourself.
Condition is used, with normal signs of previous use.  It has old oil deposits on it.
