Dollhouse Miniature Breakfront China Cabinet--Artist Signed Roger Gutheil ESTATE

Beautifully done breakfront by Roger Gutheil crafted out of cherry--signed on the bottom and dated '96---this was purchased from Roger in 1999 at the Philadelphia Miniaturia & has remained in a private collection since----I listed this as used & would consider it in excellent condition the only noted issue is some tape & wax residue---& the glass doors could use some cleaning--these pieces are becoming harder to come by since Roger is no longer with us---the cabinet measures 6 3/4 inches wide, 1 1/2 inches deep and 7 7/8 inches tall--please ask questions before bidding & look at the pictures as they are part of the description----Good Luck & Happy Bidding!
