NewTek TalkShow OverviewSimultaneously include up to four guests in real time over Skype to include in your show with minimal latency and up to full-HD quality. SDI connectivity can be used to integrate the VS 4000 into a professional broadcast infrastructure, while NDI and Dante compatibility can take advantage of NewTek's video and audio over IP. Each incoming video feed can be adjusted separately, for look and sound, before it's output over SD/HD-SDI or IP to broadcast specification. Return video is also processed to ensure that a clean feed will appear on the participants' Skype-enabled devices. All adjustments to video and audio are done "in the box" and in real time using the internal powerful computing hardware. Despite the powerful hardware, everything is enclosed in a single RU space, including the power supply, for easy mounting in a standard equipment rack.
Independent Control Interfaces
Easily set up a multi-operator production workflow, with separate interfaces for call and production management. Skype TX Control software can be operated from the TalkShow VS 4000 system or installed on another machine as a standalone call control center, allowing the producer to manage calls and talent, while a production operator handles video and audio.

IP Networking
Receive video calls over IP anywhere on your network. Built-in NewTek NDI technology allows routing of Skype video calls to any compatible NDI receiving device (including TriCaster and 3Play) while enabling selection of any NDI video source for return to caller over the network.

Independently adjust incoming and outgoing audio signals for the highest-quality sound, with the only video calling system that offers built-in gain control, graphic equalizer, compressor/limiter, and noise gate settings.
High Quality Live Video
