Oval Serving Bowl & Basket Workshops Gerald HENN Spongeware Cranberry RARE Set.
This is a set of basket and oval serving bowl. These were meant to go together.
The bowl is flawless! Look at the shine. I never put these one in the ove and always hand washed my pottery. You can tell by the glaze still so shiny! Cranberry pink spongeware. Has a lipt around circumference of oval bowl.
Basket has one very almost not noticeable mark on the edge of a leather handle. I point to it with my finger. It’s hardly noticeable but want to reflect with accuracy the condition of items because I know these are collector items and no longer being made! All the reeds are in perfect condition as are the nails that hold the basket together.
The bowl fits perfectly into the basket and it’s RARE these days to find the set together.
My apologies for the shipping but this pottery is heavy and needs to be packed well to ensure perfect delivery. I have sold most of my collection, slowly letting these go and I’ve NEVER had an item arrive broken - hence the high price for shipping.
