    This sump check valve fits 1-1/2-in pump discharge threads. It is recommended to replace your check valve every time you replace your sump pump. This check valve is constructed from durable thermoplastic material
    Prevents backflow of water into sump basin which prevents pump from cycling on and off too often
    1-1/2-in male NPT thread connects directly into sump pump discharge
    For permanent installation, 1-1/2-in PVC slip coupler can be PVC welded directly to check valve
    For temporary installation, flexible discharge hose can be clamped to the 1-1/4-in barbs
    Unique valve body allows for nearly 100% flow
    Swing style flapper, not spring loaded
    Not for use with well pumps or other potable water applications
