Your payment is expected immediately after your purchase.  We always do our best to ship the same day or within 24 hrs.  However, there are instances when that is not possible.  Particularly when the package is larger than usual and we have to physically deliver the package to the carrier.  If there is an unforeseen delay, we always strive to communicate with you.  We always try to use the least expensive method of shipping.  Once the package is delivered to the USPS or other carrier, the time it takes for the package to reach you is totally beyond our control.  During these challenging times, shipments are often taking 1-2 weeks to arrive.  If your order is time sensitive, we encourage you to communicate your needs prior to placing the order.  Additionally, before leaving feedback on any delays in receiving your order, we ask that you take a look at the shipped date, instead of when your package was received by you.
