N.B. Please note that this a tiny item.  The pencil is an ordinary one.
This is an early little whimsical cottage by Karen Markland, nicely signed KLM '81.  It is detailed on all four sides.  I think it is made of polymer clay.  Perfect for a mantelpiece or bookcase shelf!

Multiple purchases
If you are bidding on items that finish on different days, please contact me and let me know; don't pay for each item separately (it messes up combining shipping).  I am very happy to wait for payment until you have done shopping (over a reasonable period of time) in order to save on the shipping.  I will then send you one invoice reflecting the combined shipping and packaging for all your successful bids when you tell me you are done bidding or request an invoice.  Once you pay for an item I have to ship that item within two days of receiving payment or I get penalized by eBay.
Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase then you may return it to me undamaged for a refund of your purchase price, cheerfully given (buyer normally pays return postage).  Please contact me directly first if you have any concerns, within two weeks of your receipt of the goods.
Shipping - USA
I will use First Class Mail with tracking for .50 unless you request and pay for Priority.  Multiple purchases  will receive a discount on shipping and handling.
Shipping - International
I welcome international bidders but unfortunately it now costs .00 to mail a basic padded envelope containing a protectively boxed miniature.  I can usually ship a couple of items together for this same price.
Your country's import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
